Förlorar jag nybilsgarantin om jag inte servar hos en märkesverkstad?

Nej. Enligt EU:s gruppundantagsförordning får du serva hos valfri fackverkstad så länge arbetet utförs enligt tillverkarens protokoll och dokumenteras. Vi använder alltid fabrikantens serviceprotokoll.
