No. According to the EU Block Exemption Regulation, you are allowed to have your vehicle serviced by any specialist workshop, as long as the work is performed according to the manufacturer's protocols and documented. We always use the manufacturer's service protocols.

You will receive a quote for a complete, protocol-documented damp measurement of all measuring points. In case of elevated values, a written proposal for action with a price estimate is included at no extra cost.

Below 15% is normal, 15–20% is elevated and should be followed up, over 20% indicates ongoing damp damage that should be rectified immediately. Threshold values vary slightly between manufacturers.
